Dr. Kadleck graduated from Loyola University with a B.S in Biology in 1973. He received his DDS degree from Loyola Dental School in 1977. He then interned at Mount Sinai Hospital from 1977 to 1981. After his work at the hospital Dr. Kadleck became an associate of Dr.Henry Bogacki and took over the practice in 1982. He has practiced at the Belmont Avenue office for the past 30+ years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Illinois Dental Society, The Chicago Dental Society and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. Dr. Kadleck has been attached to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office since 1979 and has served in both criminal matters as well as mass disasters.
